BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the BOOKING terms and conditions:

BOOKING FEES: A 25% non-refundable retainer fee of your package price is required up front to reserve your date. The 25% is non-refundable. The remainder of the payment is due at the end of the day of service (11:59 pm CT). If it is late, a late fee may apply.

CANCELLATION: If for any reason you must cancel your shoot, please provide me a 24 to 48 hour notice. If you do not call or show up, you are forfeiting your retainer fee.

RESCHEDULING: If for any reason you must re-schedule your shoot, please provide me a 48-hour notice. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a 15% - 25% late fee of the package price (this depends on how close you cancel to the date of your shoot).

TARDINESS: If for any reason you are more than 10 minutes late to your shoot, you will be charged a 10% late fee of the package price. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your shoot, you will be charged a 12% late fee of the package price. Finally, if you are more than 30 minutes late, your shoot will be canceled unless provided with a substantial reason for your tardiness.

Please be mindful of my other clients and me when booking a shoot. I am aware life happens, and sometimes it is out of your control. However, all I ask for is a notice of your cancellation or rescheduling so that we can reach good terms.
